  1. Hoa Minh Truong says:

Senior venerable Thích Quảng Độ who comes from the Ấn Quang Buddhist wing in Vietnam, he failed challenge the power with his colleagues after Vietcong taken over South Vietnam on April 30, 1975. So senior venerable Thích Trí Tịnh, a Buddhist strong wing became the most powerful man, he set up the communist Buddhist at Quán Sứ Temple at Hanoi in 1982.
Senior venerable Thích Quảng Độ, names Đặng Phúc Tuệ and Thích Thiện Minh, names Đổ Xuân Hàn ( a famous monk he and Ấn Quang leader, senior venerable Thích Trí Quang created the Buddhist rebel in 1966 at central Vietnam in 1966) opposed Vietcong, it is not for patriotic heart. So both arrested and jailed. Senior venerable Thích Thiện Minh who insulted strongly and he was beaten to death in prison camp; but senior venerable Thích Quảng Độ was softened, he wrote the self critical paper, then Vietcong released him.
In France, Mr. Võ Văn Ái, a pro-communist activist overseas, before he was a lieutenant of Zen Master Thích Nhất Hạnh, they supported Vietcong and went to US for fund raise to endorse north Vietnam. After South Vietnam lost, Mr. Võ Văn Ái has supported senior venerable Thích Quảng Độ, then the Buddhist movement has become the common event. The Vietnamese people overseas have strong supported senior venerable Thích Quảng Độ, but on April 29, 2009, Senior venerable Thích Quảng Độ launched the campaign” Protest and home-Boycott working”, so he lost the support from people overseas.
Senior Venerable Thích Quảng Độ has misled to people, he converted the non-violent fighting of Mohamed Gandhi. Although Gandhi conformed” non-violence” but he appealed tens thousand protesters on street, so British recognized the India people power, then they declined the colonial territory. The Protest at home of senior Thích Quảng Độ has met the strong reaction from his support, so today, the numerous people trust him is not much. The boycott working is impossible, while the most Vietnamese people in Vietnam being poor, they refuse to work, what do they live?
Recently, senior venerable Thích Quảng Độ just has launched the campaign to demonstrate against China on July 1, 2012, but not Vietcong ( a hand of China), so people know that target has been driven to wrong place, then the numerous protester is not much.
In US, the Thích Quảng Độ ‘s colleague, senior venerable Thích Chánh Lạc followed to protest at the China consultant at Los Angeles, the numerous is not much. In record, senior venerable Thích Chánh Lạc was famous monk in the sexual scandal, two teenager daughters of Mr. Ngô Văn Tươi ( a policemen of South Vietnam) taken senior venerable Thích Chánh Lạc to court in US, then he paid nearly half million US Dollars to victim, the money contributed by Buddhists.
The main battle is in Vietnam, but the most appeal from senior venerable Thích Quảng Độ to overseas, so in Vietnam, there is not much people know his calling, the Vietnamese people have no trust him, actually he was the Ấn Quang background.
